I was one of the IELTS students in GEDU Ningbo in July, 2016

I enjoyed my study there and I have got the result that I needed. So here I am, in Sydney, in Australia.

I have started my new life here.I love animals, especially cats and dogs. Taking care of them is more than just a hobby, but a very serious choice. When I am free, I would try to stay at the "Puppy's Home"----A very "sweet home" (which actually very smelly and messy), which a lovely woman built for homeless dogs and cats long time ago. They are just too lovely but too vulnerable.

My teacher noticed that when I was learning IELTS, so it was her who encouraged me to use cases like this in my life when I just cannot find my ideas in writing or speaking. Here is one of my examples in terms of finding the resources. Things often go like this:

When I am with dogs, I often try to communicate with them and play games with them. When you look into their eyes, you see it------ they can understand you. Then after that, I would try to borrow that conversation and make it into a speech.

L: You stunk!

B: What! You know what? You are actually not that big!

I can take you. Okay, maybe. Maybe I can't.A fictional dialogue between Laural and her little friend Billy:

B: Oh I can't believe you just did that (took a shower and get him wet) to me!

Huh, talk about a violation!

L: You needed a bath!

B: What? I did not!

L: Well, you stunk!

B: What? What did you say to me?

But that's not the point you know?!

How would you like to take a bath?!

Come here, come here and get yours!

L: Well, em, I have a shower everyday…….

B：Oh yeah? Here is another one for you! Oh, what's that now?

O'h , I got a wet butt! A wet butt! Oh boy! I got a wet butt! Even my butt!

How dare you!

You have no idea what that feels like!!

L: Are you done?

B: I'm just ,I'm just,,,, I'm just so angry with you right now!

how could you do that to me! How could you?? Huh?

What is it? Is it some kind of sick pleasure?  Does it? Does it?

You don't know what it is like! You are not a dog!!!

We need another dog. He would know what it is like !!!! (very angry face)

Until he does, I gonna share that with you!

L: (wordless)

At last, by the way, I have to say that I appreciate all the skills that I learned from the GEDU . IELTS test is more than just a test. It helps you to communicate with people even if it is just for a show. What's more, you can also benefit a lot from the reading, writing and especially speaking and listening. Because no matter where you go, you have to listen to people and communicate with them.

In terms of speaking and writing, my teacher told me that sharing your happiness, understandings, and your excitements from the bottom of your heart is the key while expressing your ideas, including to your examiners in IELTS. They are often bored to tears. So entertain them or surprise them with your provoking thoughts!
