　　本段的开头算是言简意赅了。其实，众所周知往外太空发信号，绝对不是一天两天的事情了。咱们国家刚刚建成的那个"大锅盖"可不是为了看电视多收几个频道。因此一个简单的背景介绍之后，就是明确地表达了笔者的观点。对此，笔者表示并不乐观。毕竟笔者是看了很多科幻片的。

　　Primarily, building connection with other intelligent species with humans' current technology does require incredibly high cost. 　　坦言之，在写这道题之前，笔者还真心的思考过这么问题。那是午夜梦回，辗转难眠的夜晚。笔者仰望星空，发现，其实也看不到啥。但是这并不影响笔者对于这个关乎全人类未来的命题的思考。以人类目前的有限的太空技术，和外星人建立联系肯定是大费周章的事情。那么如果被我们联系到的外星人文明程度还不如我们。那将是一个极其尴尬并且非常不经济的局面。耗费大量人力物力只为了和外星人打个招呼，并且对方还不一定能懂。这明显不是一个明智的决定。简言之，这段针对题干当中第一部分的人的观点进行论述。只论证，如果外星生物的智能程度不如我们的情况。为下文留下伏笔。
